GOOD CHARLOTTE SET TO ROCK THE 2003 CIVIC TOUR WITH NEW FOUND GLORY!!!

Civic and TRL are presenting Good Charlotte and New Found Glory on a co-headlining tour that will rock the country! As with Honda's previous tours with Blink-182, Incubus and Everclear, twelve customized Honda Civic Si cars -- one model designed by Good Charlotte and the other by New Found Glory -- will be given away at civictour.com and through various radio and retail promotions nationwide. Good Charlotte's black and burnt orange car sports green neon-trimmed seat covers and the word "Hopeless" on the side to tie in with the new album, while NFG's red and black car is decked out with a GameCube system. GC called their design, a pimped-out play off the album artwork for The Young and the Hopeless, "a ghetto redneck's dream." "I come from a place called Waldorf, Maryland, and it's every kid's dream to have a lowrider, so we were really excited to put on all the things we couldn't have at home, like rims and the Alpine stereo system," Joel said.

"Our car is faster," quipped Benji at the press conference. "That's because our massive video game system weighs our car down," NFG's drummer Cyrus Bolooki retorted, but Benji got the last word in. "Our car is weighed down with crazy hos."
